Free trials are currently available by invitation: if you have an invite code, entering it activates a free trial with no payment method required. Nothing is ever charged during or after a trial — when a trial ends, access simply pauses until you choose to subscribe. Trials never convert into paid subscriptions automatically.
When you subscribe, your payment method is charged immediately for the first monthly billing period, and the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and won't be charged again after that — but we won't refund the remainder of a period that's already been paid.
This policy doesn't affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where a 14-day cancellation right applies to digital services, please note that by subscribing you request immediate access to the service. If you believe you have a statutory right that applies to your specific situation, contact us and we'll address it properly rather than simply pointing you back to this policy.
If you're charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you'd already cancelled — contact us and we'll correct it.
Cancel anytime by emailing support@kaidenz.ai — we process cancellations within 24 hours, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
