These terms govern your use of Kaidenz, a service provided by VDR Consulting Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 15311355), trading as "Kaidenz". In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to VDR Consulting; "you" refers to the person using the service.
By creating an account or using Kaidenz, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Kaidenz is an AI-assisted triathlon coaching service. It provides training plan generation, session analysis from uploaded activity files, and conversational coaching guidance, delivered through a web and mobile application.
Kaidenz is a training tool, not a medical service. Nothing provided through the service — including training plans, session feedback, or any flagged concerns — is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician before beginning any new exercise programme, particularly if you have an existing health condition, injury, or any concern about your fitness to train. If you experience symptoms that could indicate a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention rather than relying on this service.
Kaidenz does not diagnose injuries or prescribe medical treatment. Where the service flags a potential concern, it is describing an observed pattern in your data, not making a clinical judgment.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kaidenz. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
Kaidenz is offered on a monthly subscription at the price shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial; no payment is taken during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method will be charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, and won't be charged again after that. See our refund policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
We may change our pricing from time to time. If we do, we'll give you reasonable notice before any change applies to your subscription.

Uploaded activity files, training history, and profile information remain yours. How we handle this data is described in our privacy policy.
Kaidenz's software, training plan content, coaching methodology, and branding are owned by VDR Consulting and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service — it doesn't transfer ownership of any of this to you.
We aim to keep Kaidenz available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party infrastructure (including AI processing, hosting, and authentication providers) that is outside our direct control, and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VDR Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Kaidenz, including any injury or health outcome resulting from training guidance provided through the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
You can stop using Kaidenz and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know before they take effect. Continuing to use Kaidenz after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
